Kamal Haasan introduced Ponnambalam as the second contestant of Bigg Boss Tamil season 2. Ponnambalam's career started as a stuntman and then became an actor. He made his debut in cinema with the film Kaliyugam. In 1984, he became a National high-jump champion. He has also got a nickname of 'Spare Parts'.
Mahat Raghavendra
Actor Mahat Raghavendra was introduced as the third contestant by Kamal Haasan. He became famous for his role in the Ajith Kumar starrer Mankatha. He works predominantly in Kollywood and Tollywood. Mahat was introduced in the film industry through the film Vallavan by his close friend and actor-director Silambarasan.

Voice over artist, Ananth Vaidyanathan was introduced as the seventh contestant of Bigg Boss Tamil Season 2 by Kamal Haasan. He became very popular after being part of Super Singer shows.
Ramya NSK
Kamal Haasan introduced singer Ramya NSK as the eighth contestant of Bigg Boss Tamil Season 2. She is the granddaughter of comedian N. S. Krishnan and actor K.R.Ramasamy. Ramya NSK has sung many famous songs like "Sayndhu Sayndhu" from Needhane En Ponvasantham.
